5-Week Beginner Yoga Series -Saturdays January 5 - February 2, 2019

Perfect for those brand new to yoga or for those who consider themselves newer students. We'll cover all the basics! Learn traditional yoga poses, basic sequences, balances, breathing techniques, etc. This 5-week series will prepare you to feel confident going to any yoga class!
