The colder months are upon us and, ready or not, the holidays will soon be here. Rather than stress about what's still on our "to-do" list, let's celebrate the things that are going well and continue to appreciate the many reasons to be grateful.

Happy November! Every day I am filled with gratitude for being able to do what I love. It's an honor for me to have YOU as a student and fellow yogi on this path of well-being. Wishing you all a beautiful month of giving thanks and may the cold and snow stay away for just a bit longer.
Please note in this newsletter a couple of important changes regarding the Saturday morning classes during the month of November. (See below) Also note that there will be no classes on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22nd. I hope you enjoy your time with family and friends.
And since we're getting to that time of year...if we need to cancel a class due to weather, I will post the cancellation on our Facebook page, on the website, and by email. SATURDAY YOGA CLASS CHANGE...
* Karen will teach Yoga & Meditation at 9-10 a.m. on Saturdays, November 10, 17 and 24. (There is no class at 8-9 a.m.!) These will be appropriate for all levels with some meditation at the end of each class to help you learn to quiet and focus the mind. Cost is still included on your punch card (1 punch ) or $10 drop-in fee.
*There will no longer be a regularly scheduled yoga class on Saturday mornings at 8am. We will keep you posted about Saturday classes going forward.
*PLEASE fill out the questionnaire in the studio (or download and return HERE) to let us know your "wishlist" of times that you would like to see classes on the schedule. We are in the process of evaluating our weekly class schedule and value your input regarding times and days of the week that work for you.

Yoga Tools to Relieve Stress & Anxiety
Saturday, October 27th | 10-Noon | $20 or 2 punches for card members | REGISTER HERE
Everyone feels tension and stress and occasionally stronger feelings of anxiety. Learn EASY Yoga tools that you can use in your personal self-care practice to calm the mind and body. In this 2-hour class we will create a cozy environment with candlelight and soothing scents as we cover several breathing techniques, intention-setting, yoga sound and movement practices, and deep, restful poses that will lull you into a tranquil state. Tea and handouts provided. You'll leave with your own soothing self-care tools for balance and calm. Cost: $20 (or two punches for card members) Walk-ins the day of the event: $25
