We are so excited to have this unique form of yoga workout based on the Yoga Shred Program trademarked by nationally known yoga-superstar, Sadie Nardini. Bethany has trained to teach this 60-minutes class which combines yoga-style HIIT (high-intensity interval training) with traditional Hatha recovery in between. Each class will incorporate 4 or 5 Yoga "Shreds" throughout the hour. Each shred will work to tone and strengthen for movement without injury while the recovery poses work to build stamina and endurance for longer static holds. We've had many people ask about it -- come see for yourself on Monday at 5:30 pm. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NOTICE: There will be no Gentle Yoga Class on Thursday, Oct. 4th at 10am.
